CHANNEL MANGEMENT SALES
Drove the launch & early execution of several Partner initiatives across SMB Sales & CenturyLink Channel Alliance (CCA) in the Commercial & Enterprise segments.
Led assessment for SVP to understand existing Distribution Channel performance & cost structures; Developed recommendations for new Channel Options to drive incremental Sales for Small Business segment.
Drove initial Channel Development efforts to target & pre-qualify new Partners & Vendors.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/ PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Drove Product Development, Marketing & Alliance Management for Global Enterprise portfolio including “Internet of Things” (IoT); M2M & Telematics; Managed Mobility, Cloud & Security Solutions; Unified Comms, and Professional Consulting Services across new Verizon & Vodafone JV. Major focus was on delivering Global M2M Solutions tailored for 2 specific Verticals – Automotive & Beverage Distribution.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT/ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
INDIRECT CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
Developed & drove several Partner Enablement & Sales Acceleration initiatives:
Created recommendations to improve the overall partner engagement process, accelerate time to 1st sale & enhance the partner solution set.
Crafted a plan to leverage Partner’s other Technology partners to create value-added Joint Solutions to grow Partner’s overall Revenue & average deal size.
Developed & launched a Partner Mobile App (Portal) as Sales
Enablement tool & Partner MarComs program to “Educate & Motivate” partners on a daily basis.
Developed Hosted Wireless Enterprise Applications working with Movius (Software & Apps) & Neutral Tandem (Network Provider) to create Hosted Applications portfolio (SMS, MMS, Visual Voicemail & Mobile Wallet, etc.) to sell to Wireless Carriers. Led Product Development, Product Management and matrix-managed Partner resources to drive deliverables. Also drove Business Development effort targeting Tier 2 Wireless Carriers.
